Dear Customer,
 
In case you have suggestions or complaints on the products and service quality of Companyplease, consult the Company’s internal procedure on letters and complaints. The letters and complaints are accepted at the Company’s head office, branches, by e-mail: contact@sef.amor by post: SEF InternationalUCO LLC, 19/19 Yer. Kochar.
 
Please, be informed that you can also get information about SEF International UCO LLC

a.       copies of the information according to the RA law  on “Credit organizations”, article 14.1, part 3 (you can find the law in the following website www.cba.am).
b.      Information on the Company’sservices and their tariffs.
 
 The Company provides the above mentioned information within 3 working days after the receipt of the application. Hard copies of applications can be submitted to the head office or any of the branches, or sent by the following e-mail address: contact@sef.amor by the postal address: SEF InternationalUCO LLC, 19/19 Yer. Kochar. In case of the documents’ hard copy provision, 1 printed page will cost AMD 5, and their electronic provision will be free of charge.
